Why a Countermeasures Sweep ?
If your an individual or part of a corporation with sensitive information ie: Trade Secrets/Product development, legal problems, management negotiations mergers or takeovers, Financial, Labor, Management disputes then you should consider a countermeasures sweep.
If your involved in a Divorce action, Court battle or industrial litigation then you could be the target of Electronic Eavesdropping.
In this environment of sub miniaturization, Electronic Eavesdropping equipment can be disguised in almost any object found in the office or home.
Access to sophisticated Eavesdropping equipment once restricted to a few is now available to anyone with a computer and internet service. Headlines dealing with the arrests of so called "spy shop operators" for selling illegal eavesdropping equipment are frequent.
In most major cities Eavesdropping Equipment is readily available across the counter or Mail order.
AREAS COVERED
- RADIO FREQUENCY TRANSMITTING DEVICES
All contracted areas are scanned for Radio Frequency transmitting devices(bugs) spanning the RF Spectrum from 10Khz to 30Ghz , well above and below the operating frequencies required to transmit audio or video intelligence to a remote listening post. Surveys are initiated on a "silent" mode first and second sweep for threat assessments.
Detection includes de-modulation of AM, FM, SSB, SUBCARRIER, SPREAD SPECTRUM, Ultrasonic, Store and burst, FREQUENCY HOPPING, INFRARED, LASER, as well as new Digitally Encrypted Cloaking devices.
- TELEPHONE SYSTEMS
Test the telephone line for the presence of room audio when on-hook. This will identify any microphones, hidden in the telephone or room, that are attached to the line.
Test the telephone line for the presence of modulated (sub-carrier) room audio when on-hook. As above.
Physical inspection of the telephone line for the presence of a hard-wired tap. Sensitive facsimile and dial access computer modem lines should be included. This involves the physical inspection of riser and main telephone panels.
- TIME DOMAIN REFLECTOMETRY
Utilizing Time Domain Reflectometer Technology, Telephone Wires, Cable TV Coax, as well as Twisted pair cables can be examined Electronically to a distance as far as 60,000 feet from the target area for the presence of Eavesdropping equipment, Splices and inclusions capable of recording or transmitting audio intelligence from the target area .
- CARRIER CURRENT
AC carrier sweep to locate room transmitters. As above, except a carrier current demodulator is used to scan the AC wiring for the presence of a transmitter using the AC wiring to carry the audio from the room. Carrier current devices czn be detected from 10kHz to over 1GHz.
- INFRARED TRANSMITTERS
Infrared detection equipment covering the range of 850 to 1070nm utilized to detect the presence of infrared threats.
- PHYSICAL SEARCH
Physical inspection of the room for the presence of a hard-wired microphone or remote controlled transmitter. This involves opening and examining all accessible AC electrical, telephone and intercom outlets, as well as the space above the ceiling tiles.
TSCM's are priced according to the facility size, location and the number of active telephone or other transmission lines.
TEMPEST Examinations for Computer vulnerabilities can also be contracted on an individual basis.
SCM can also develop and maintain an ongoing TSCM program on a monthly or quarterly basis.
